  • When we are hired for a Design-build project, Sullivan Construction handles all aspects of the project from coordination of Engineering, Architecture and Construction. We are your one point of contact.  General Contracting may consist of multiple entities working closely together to reach a common goal.

  • General Expense costs include the Superintendent’s time on a weekly basis and the Project Manager’s time on a daily basis.
    There are a few additional miscellaneous costs that will be included in the project depending on scope.

  • Timing is project specific- a construction schedule will be presented and will be agreed upon prior to project start.

  • Yes, we will work closely with the project architect to follow ADA and Accessibility regulations.
