Sullivan Construction managed the renovations of a +/- 18,000 square foot commercial food pantry space for Gather, a non-profit serving those that are food insecure in local NH communities.
The scope of work included: Site work, demolition to the existing space in order to run adequate plumbing and fire suppression. Installation of commercial grade kitchen equipment, freezer equipment and technology for a food grade facility.

The Sullivan Construction team expertly managed both interior and exterior renovations, ensuring minimal disruption to Meals on Wheels’ daily operations. Previously underutilized “dead space” was converted into valuable, functional square footage, enhancing efficiency, accessibility, and productivity.
